Shipping Policy
- In case products without custom made we will ship within 3 days and inbound deliver within 3-5 working days outbound deliver within 14-20 working days.
ในกรณีสินค้าที่ไม่ใช่สินค้าสั่งทำ ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้าไม่เกิน 3 วันและจัดส่งถึงไม่เกิน 3-5 วันทำการ (ภายในประเทศ) กรณีจัดส่งต่างประเทศใช้เวลา 14-20 วันทำการ

กรณีสินค้าสั่งผลิต custom made ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 14 วันและจัดส่งถึงไม่เกิน 3-5 วันทำการ ภายในประเทศ กรณีจัดส่งต่างประเทศใช้เวลา 14-20 วันทำการ
-Shipping by Kerry Express for inbound (จัดส่งภายในประเทศโดย Kerry Express)
-Shipping by Thai post for outbound (จัดส่งต่างประเทศโดย ไปรษณียไทย)
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้รับสินค้าหรือได้รับสินค้าล่าช้า ทางร้านจะมีการทำเคลมประกันในกรณีพัสดุสูญหายหรือพัสดุจัดส่งล่าช้า โดยใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการเคลมกับทางขนส่ง 14-20 วันทำการ
In case customers didn’t receive parcel or delayed for receiving parcel we will claim with Transportation insurance to get refunds within 14-20 working days.
